While NFLG teams are busy commissioning new plants and supporting project launches around the world, our after-sales service engineers and technical specialists continue to work side by side to fulfill our commitment to customers.

 

Through the NFLG Closed-Loop Care program, our teams regularly conduct annual customer visits, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and operator training—ensuring both new and long-standing customers receive continuous support throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment.

 

Recently, NFLG's service and dry mortar technology teams visited customers across Southeast Asia, delivering comprehensive on-site support. From equipment diagnostics and operational guidance to technical workshops, theoretical training sessions, and formulation optimization discussions, the teams worked closely with customers to improve production efficiency, enhance product quality, and address real-world operational challenges.
