NFLG at Paving Expo 2026: Advancing Infrastructure Development in Latin America

From September 22 to 24, 2026, Paving Expo 2026 was held at the Anhembi Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. Together with its local South American dealer, NFLG showcased a range of solutions covering asphalt mixing, concrete mixing, RAP recycling, and mobile crushing and screening, serving applications including road rehabilitation, pavement maintenance, highway and bridge construction, and municipal infrastructure.

At the exhibition, NFLG placed a particular focus on the LBGZ Series Asphalt Mixing Plant and the RAP Fine Stripping and Screening Plant, highlighting the company's commitment to delivering efficient, intelligent, and sustainable solutions for the evolving infrastructure needs of Brazil and Latin America.

The LBGZ Series Asphalt Mixing Plant features an integrated design for virgin and recycled materials, combined with a modular structure that enables faster installation and relocation. Its cloud-connected dual-machine control system supports intelligent production management, helping improve operational efficiency while reducing labor requirements and overall operating costs. With flexible configurations and recycling capabilities, the LBGZ is designed to support diverse road construction and maintenance applications.

As an increasing number of roads across the region enter maintenance and rehabilitation cycles, efficient RAP utilization is becoming increasingly important for sustainable road construction. The RAP Fine Stripping and Screening Plant uses a physical stripping process to effectively separate aged asphalt binder from reclaimed aggregates and achieve precise RAP classification. By reducing the impact of false particle sizes and improving the consistency of reclaimed materials, the solution helps address key challenges affecting RAP utilization and performance, supporting more efficient recycling of reclaimed asphalt pavement.

Paving Expo 2026 provided NFLG with an important platform to engage with customers, industry professionals, and local partners, while gaining deeper insight into the infrastructure development needs of the Brazilian and wider Latin American markets.
